Visit the quaint historic city of Hobart before travelling to Freycinet National Park on Tasmania’s east coast. White sandy beaches backed by pink granite mountains are the stunning setting for your stay at Saffire Freycinet, a luxury sanctuary overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Feast on oysters, mussels and local wines or learn how to create a delicious meal with them, visit the spectacular Wine Glass Bay or go canoeing or bird watching in Pelican Bay.

Days 1 & 2: Collect your car in Hobart, stay for two nights at The Henry Jones Art Hotel.

Days 3 & 4: Drive to Freycinet National Park and check in to Saffire for two nights.

Day 5: Depart Saffire and drive to Hobart.
